JoyScaping Tip: Breathe
When we're nervous, angry, anxious tense or upset, we have a tendency to hold our breath. Shallow breathing and holding your breath can affect the flow of oxygen to the brain, blood pressure, digestion, muscle function, sleeping patterns, memory, brain function...I think you get the point.
Sometimes our psychological pain has a physical source, or at least a physical solution. Release the tension, lower your blood pressure, expel toxins and clear your mind
Breathe.
